You will be met on arrival at the house and given a tour of the property.
Bedding changes and house cleaning is done once per week. This can be carried out more regularly if you would prefer (at extra charge).

Prices:
Summer: May - November: US$260 per night
Winter: December - April: US$320 per night
Christmas: 20th December - 5th January: US$340 per night
A 20% deposit will be required to confirm the booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payment can be made by bank transfer or cheque in US$ or £sterling (please call for the applicable exchange rate).
